Calin Nastase has joined IIS in November 2007 on the position of Country Manager Romania, reporting to Andrei Postoaca, CEO. 

Calin Nastase has 15 years of hands-on management experience, having held several top management positions in international companies from domains as diverse as aircraft constructions, health/pharmacy, FMCG and oil & gas. 

At IIS, Calin has the responsibility for the results of the Romanian organization, working towards its development in order to achieve maximum effectiveness and highest quality. Together with the SVP division, he will oversee processes and tools, ensuring that these are all integrated in a coherent and productive flow.
