Cristina joined IIS in August 2000 and she brings with her over 7 years of experience in market research. Before her tenure at IIS, Cristina spent the prior 3 years with IM AS (Institute of Marketing and Polls) where she began as a junior researcher. Part of her duties were marketing project management, statistical data processing and analyzing, quantitative and qualitative research design: goals, methods and instruments.

As a Director of Technology, Cristina is in charge of the coordination of the Operations of IIS. Cristina is a graduate of Bucharest University, faculty of Sociology, Psychology, Education Science with a major in Sociology.

Since January 2007, Cristina has been coordinating the IIS Global Production division as Senior Vice President.
