Francois has more than 20 years of experience in market research, covering areas such as: statistics, field work management, data processing for Opinion and Political studies etc. Moreover Francois was the conceptual force behind the development of the first CATI and later in time CAPI system in France.
In 2000, Francois joined IAPS UK as a Technical and Quality Director and then took the Managing Director position for IAPS France.
In 2007, Francois was named Senior Vice President for Quality Management Division. Among others, Francois will be responsible for Insuring that IIS is operating at the highest quality standards for Market Research Operations on global level, to insure that ISO certification is implemented and validated within the company and to support the setup of new key projects, bringing quality methodologies to build confidence and trust with the clients.
