Ion Postoaca joined the company in 2004, after a 30 years experience in Education (University level) and Production. With a background in engineering, his main focus was on Development and Research field, working in Europe (Romania, Sweden and Italy) holding several managerial positions. 

At IIS, Postoaca runs the Business Services division, as Senior Vice President. The division incorporates the support functions that are offering the key and essential resources to the company, people and infrastructure, including Human Resources, IT, Purchasing and Administration departments.
