Monica Manole joined Ipsos Interactive Services – the online division of Ipsos – in 2006 as the Head of IT Infrastructure for IIS and from Jan 2009 was promoted to IIS & CEEA CTO.

Monica has 12 years experience of working in management roles in IT in Canada and Romania. Her achievements include process improvements, project management, and infrastructure enhancements.

Monica's mission is to control costs, to ensure that standards and policies are adhered to, to develop staff, and of course to liaise with BU and territory management to ensure that the IT Infrastructure supports Ipsos' business.
