Ipsos Interactive Services is a global research brand that has been created to examine the theme of online market research in terms of responsiveness, competence, innovation and insight. Founded as a bold venture on a research market which, in 1998, was only just beginning to experience online growth, Ipsos Interactive Services – the centre of expertise for the Ipsos Group - is now a well-established brand name, carrying out authoritative research using the most advanced tools, methods and technologies.

With panels covering all of the major European, as well as North and Latin American markets, Ipsos Interactive Services is one of the leading providers of global market research studies. IIS panel figures for September 2008 reveal that the panels include more than 2 million panelists on an individual level, in 24 countries worldwide.

2007 has been a year for massive expansion as well as a time for numerous mergers for Ipsos Interactive Services, which now has operations in Europe linked to operations in North America and new operations being launched in Asia. As the worldwide leader in online research, IIS has offices in 11 cities around the globe: Bucharest, Brasov, Geneva, London, Paris, Stockholm, New York, Cincinnati, Chicago, Toronto, and Vancouver.
