What sets us apart is our commitment to quality. At IIS, we have a dedicated quality department working to ensure that we provide our clients with outstandingly high quality services. Our company has benefited from ISO 9001 certification since 2003 and from ISO 27001 since 2007.
In 2003, Ipsos Interactive Services was awarded ISO 9001certification for its Quality Management System. This certification reaffirms the company's commitment to product, service and corporate excellence and reinforces its market position as one of world's leading providers of Internet based research. Our organization has established, documented, implemented and maintained a Quality Management System. IIS’ main aim is to deliver high quality services to its clients on a permanent basis and to obtain an increasing level of client satisfaction. We are therefore committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of our production processes, in terms of the speed of delivery and error monitoring.
In June 2007, IIS became one of the few ISO 27001 certified companies in the world and the first within the Ipsos Group. This certification for our Information Security Management System (ISMS) demonstrates that IIS has put in place a system to guarantee the security of information, which meets the standard’s requirements. The system aims to cover the three main issues affecting IIS’ information, namely confidentiality, integrity and availability, and to establish procedures for business continuity in the event of a major disaster. ISO 27001 certification is critical in enabling our clients to trust online research and provides the main guarantee of a strong partnership. IIS believes that it represents a major step forward in raising the level of quality and IT security within the company.
IIS began speeding up its progress towards achieving 100% value & perfect accuracy in its processes by committing heavily to the deployment of a Lean Six Sigma system throughout the entire organization, beginning in 2007.Lean Six Sigma, the ultimate methodology for process improvement, simultaneously eliminates waste and reduces variation, thereby delivering improved processes with shorter lead times and less errors. Six Sigma is a rigorous and a systematic methodology that uses data and statistical analysis to measure and improve a company's operational performance, practices and systems, by identifying and preventing 'defects' in processes. The deployment of Lean Six Sigma reduces the workload for management, as processes that are performed faster and with less defects are easy to run and do not require a great deal of managerial time & effort.
