Client Service: Client Support Executive Finnish-Part time(Ref. code: PCF)

Candidatul ideal:

Responsabilitati:

  • Answers to incoming inquiries from panel members;
  • Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other;
  • Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve;
  • Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members (Panel Management, Project Managers, Sampling) regarding communications initiatives;
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
