Responsibilities:

• This position is within the Client Service Department.
• Manages relationships with clients from the moment the client requests an offer for a Market Research project to the point of implementation of that project;
• Builds the formal price offers for clients;
• Negotiates prices with international clients and costs with suppliers on a project by project basis;
• Provides client support for all new services and products;
• Makes suggestions for re-engineering the quotation process whenever needed;
• External visits to international clients (after 1 year on the position).

Requirements:

• University graduate (preferably Marketing, Sociology, Statistics or any Market Research related sciences);
• Strong client service expertise with minimum 1 year experience in a client service position;
• Experience within the international business environment is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of market research processes and methodology is an advantage;
• English proficiency;
• Familiarity with computers & Internet;
• Excel and Word knowledge – medium level;
• Structured, logical thinking, good organization skills, initiative, creativity.
