Requirements:

Responsabilities:

This is a position within the Access Panels department, which focuses specifically on monitoring the progress of the implementation of the IPS system. The main tasks associated with this position are :

• Understanding of the depoartment internal flow: a good understanding of all the processes and applications related to panels management and sampling procedures.
• Understanding of the IPS system flows, in connection with othe application systems iwithin the company.
• Set up project meetings, and prepare follow-up activities.
• Update project specific documentation (Functional Design, TestCases, Acceptance documentation etc.).
• Check project documentation coherency and alert about the non-conforming situations
• Monitor the status of the system functionalities (development not started, under analysis, under development, under tests, implemented in production), and their inclusion into project phases, modules, milestones, releases.
• Keep project portal (IPS SharePoint) up to date with the specific documentation, action lists, and decisions.
• Liaise with internal teams / people working on the project.
